To continually upgrade the competence of people in maritime, oil and gas, renewable energy and other allied industries towards global standards as a humble contribution to achieve their aspirations to live in freedom, prosperity and dignity.
Our maritime programs shall aim to upgrade the knowledge and skills of seafarers that are sufficient to comply with certain requirements of the STCW Convention as amended and such other applicable national/international laws and conventions. The New Simulator Center of the Philippines, Inc. hereby declares its commitment in achieving the global standards for appropriate maritime education and training. The New Simulator Center of the Philippines, Inc. aims to be the preferred maritime simulator center by continual improvement, initiative and innovation. This shall involve the participation of the entire force of the Center as well as the concerned Government Authorities and the Maritime Industry as a whole.
The Preferred Training and Assessment Center.
The New Simulator Center of the Philippines, Inc. shall be a respectable training and assessment center adhering to the values of integrity, credibility and honesty. It shall promote the well-being of every Filipino seafarer, and instill a healthy character of high competitive spirit. The center shall uphold that the only way to win competition is to be the best. The New Simulator Center of the Philippines, Inc. shall operate and maintain a Quality Management System under the frameworks of ISO 9001:2015 incorporating the relevant provisions of the STCW Convention as amended. The New Simulator Center of the Philippines, Inc. shall inspire a companywide commitment to this policy, mission and vision statement. Quality shall be the commitment of everyone in the Center. This commitment shall be demonstrated from the highest management. There shall be regular management review to ensure a sustainable quality management system current with the latest demands of development.
